General description:
My wife, Roseann, and I have 2 kids. where our second daughter attends Texas A&M University.We are located in the Wolf Pen Creek neighborhood just south of the Texas A&M golf course and George Bush Drive.Guests park along the curb in front of the house, and on football gameday weekends we will provide parking for one car in our driveway as curb parking is in high demand. We are within walking distance to campus and Kyle Field, making this a great place to stay for those in town for sporting events, new student conferences, special events, or on university business.
Only one mile from the campus and a block from the bus stop. Even with such easy access to the campus, game day traffic immediately around the condo is non-existent. 4 miles from the airport.
